Sports betting on 999q covers cricket (including PSL and Pakistan internationals), football, esports and a range of other sports. All bets are settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed, unless stated otherwise.
999q reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from a system error. Where an obvious pricing error has resulted in a bet being accepted, 999q may void the bet and return the stake.
Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket, the official result as declared by the match referee or tournament authority applies. In-play bets are settled at the time the market closes, which may differ from the full match result for certain markets.
Bets may be voided in cases including but not limited to: match abandonment, postponement beyond the settlement period, obvious pricing errors, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets have their stakes returned to the player's account.
Where one or more legs of an accumulator bet are void, the overall bet is treated as though that leg did not exist — the odds are recalculated accordingly across the remaining valid legs.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999q platform and will result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of any balance:
999q actively monitors for all of the above. Where prohibited conduct is identified, all affected accounts will be reviewed and appropriate action taken, which may include permanent closure and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
You may close your 999q account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. If you wish to take a break rather than permanently close your account, the cool-off and self-exclusion tools in your account settings are a better option.
999q may suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms. In cases of fraud, identity falsification or prohibited conduct, the account will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is due to an unresolved dispute rather than misconduct, the player's verified real-money balance will be returned to their registered payment method.
Accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period (typically 12 months or more) may be classified as dormant. Prior to any administrative action on a dormant account, 999q will attempt to notify the account holder using the registered contact details.
